Rev it Up! Consulting Group It is a harsh reality I have been through. For 25 years, I managed diverse people on teams, and I had both great victories and heartbreaking defeats. I could not avoid unintended outcomes disguised as failures. My corporate experience plus a B.S. in Management and an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Master Certification in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University Global accelerated my passion for the next stage of the journey. My most memorable educational experience was the knowledge I gained from my peers, mentors, and exceptional leaders. A dream came true in March 2020 when I established my own business. Since March 8, I had signed the lease for my office, and by March 31, I was issued the stay-at-home order. That marked a year like no other, far from people's expectations. Among the hardships were the obstacles I encountered and lost loved ones, and I had a surgical procedure that confined me to my bed for three full months. I was all into it. But that didn't deter me from pressing forward. It was all learning. When I once thought of giving up, I learned to persevere, no matter how hard it feels like.
