Susanna Visconti

ScottHulse is a shareholder of Susanna Visconti. Over the past 22 years,  Ms. Visconti has exclusively practiced U.S. Immigration and Nationality law. She has specialized in family and business-based immigration, as well as consular processing and employer sanctions/worksite enforceability. Her other specialties are citizenship and naturalization. Various waivers are possible. Her client base includes large multinational businesses, international manufacturing firms, construction firms, transportation firms. Her clients are from Europe, Africa, and Asia, as well as from Latin America. Ms. Visconti graduated from Wellesley College and St. Mary's Law School. She is a member of the El Paso Bar Association and the Texas State Bar. She is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian. She frequently addresses commercial and professional organizations about immigration law. As a liaison for local AILA attorneys, US Citizenship and Immigration Services and US Customs Border Protection, she also served on the AILA National Committee. She also served as the national coordinator for USCIS International Operations and, more recently, on the Department of State National Committee of AILA.
