The University Medical Center Foundation and El Paso Children's Foundation are also part of the El Paso County Hospital District's Healthcare System. The University Medical Center of El Paso, the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center's Paul L. The affiliation of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with the University Medical Center of El Paso and El Paso's only private non-profit community-owned healthcare system is essential to ensuring that all members of our community, regardless of financial ability, can access the high-quality healthcare services we need. The University Medical Center of El Paso has the region's only Level 1 Trauma Center. It also provides medical care for the President of the United States while on a trip to El Paso. The hospital has a Mother/Baby section, which is a Regional Referral Center for high-risk pregnancies. It also houses a State of the Art Regional Laboratory. There is also a West Texas Regional Poison Center. There are affiliation agreements with more than 50 regional educational institutions.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Respondents provided glowing reviews of their experiences at the facility, with many praising the medical staff and stressing the comfort they were made to feel during the hospital visits. Dr. Toy was lauded as appealing by one user, who expressed gratitude for the care provided by him and his team. The users gave the nurses excellent reviews with several positive remarks. One user, for example, narrated how a nurse named Erika Walker excelled in making her feeling comfortable during the medical procedure by explaining the process in the most customer-friendly manner. The staff received numerous thank-you notes for their care and support, with more than satisfactory star ratings. Although there was a complaint about the wait length, this did not influence most users. It is evident from the information available that users would recommend the facility to other people. My Conclusion is that this facility has excellent service, and users experience a warm feeling of belonging when they are in the facility.
