Waxing The City

Zero stars! I made an appointment weeks in advance as I’m planning a trip to Vegas. When I get there for my appointment I was given a form to fill out. As I’m reading it, there is a list of no no’s regarding what not to do 24 hours prior to your appointment. These no no’s were not provided prior to my appointment so I was not able to receive services. When I commented that this info should be provided to the clients PRIOR to their appointments, I was shocked when a young lady told me “Well, that’s just the way we do it.” My response to this young lady is…Well, you’re doing it wrong! Thankfully, the other young lady at the desk was able to book me an appointment for the next day at a different location. Thank you to her. She had way better customer service skills than the smart#$$.
