He earned a two-year Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology at Sul Ross State University before earning his Animal Science Bachelors degree from New Mexico State University. After that, he completed his Veterinary Certificate in 2007 at Texas A&M University, one of the best vet schools in the nation. In 2007 after completion of his vet studies, Dr. Terrazas did an internship in Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery. His experience has shown him that happy, healthy, and long-lived pets are the best.
