Dr. Luis A. Terrazas DVM was born and raised in El Paso. He earned a two-year Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology at Sul Ross State University before earning his Animal Science Bachelors degree from New Mexico State University. After that, he completed his Veterinary Certificate in 2007 at Texas A&M University, one of the best vet schools in the nation. In 2007 after completion of his vet studies, Dr. Terrazas did an internship in Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery. His experience has shown him that happy, healthy, and long-lived pets are the best. So he has dedicated himself to keeping his clients' pets and their equine friends and athletes happy for more than a decade.

Retaliation vet. He makes you wait 5 hours to be seen. And does limited care for your animal. GoT a second opinion and totally different care and treatment. He should ve his license revoke. Justice for all of us that used his service
