Charlene has always had a passion for working with animals. Starting in 1995, she has worked at PetsMart all over the area. She quickly discovered that pet grooming was her natural passion. In 2000 she was promoted to manager for Glamour Paws. This opportunity inspired her to dream of owning her own grooming company. She started C.R Paws Mobile Grooming after years of learning and managing successful businesses. C.R. Paws Mobile Grooming was a huge success. Paws Mobile Grooming is Fort Worth's premier mobile grooming company. Her and her husband Jason had been running C.R Paws as well as Glamour Paws. They decided to buy Glamour Paws when it became available in 2015. The goal was to grow the company and provide a place for employees to thrive over the next few years. Glamour Paws has six bathers, 8 groomers full time, an office manager and several receptionists.
