The components of the human body heat up with our cutting-edge heat, infrared, and exercise systems. Calories burned, and the internal warrior is freed. The isometric training heats up the body for a powerful 30-minute session and the 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It takes thirty- or fifteen-minutes to work out. The heat and infrared energy affect your body, making it more efficient. Maximizing your training? We recommend cross-training in the FX Zone with weights and strength equipment. You can exercise in silence with the touchscreen compatible HOTWORX Trainer App, which gives guided exercise. The Virtual Personal Training also allows for One-on-one training from certified trainers.
