I am a fitness coach and health professional at Kai Marshall Personal Training, and my inspiration is motivating others to move and live a healthier life. My objective is to teach my clients how to move and the reasons for moving and how this can impact their daily activities. I was not active for most of my adult life, and my weight was problematic, which is why I chose to train as a health and fitness professional. I have been through it all - a lot of the difficulties my clients are facing, but I have conquered them. My health issues over the years, apart from making me better at my job, have enabled me to improve and understand my clients better. I enjoy being a constant helper to the clients, whether they are starting their fitness journey or in the middle of it.
