HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT EVER USE!!! WE ARE LIVID. OUR STUFF IS RUINED, FOREVER. The owner is HUGE JERK, did nothing after shattering our glass art all over our driveway, didn't even clean it up, left it all for us to do. Then, they left TONS of stuff, completely unpacked, said it wouldn't fit in a POD, so they packed up and left, we packed our last POD by OURSELVES... Finally arrived at new place, got our PODS delivered, HORRID PACKING, HORRID TAPING OF BOXES, HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE, SUPER RUDE. Almost all boxes packed upside down with their logo, but with arrows going the other way? Which side is up? Then, tons of boxes were opening and dumping all of our valuable things over the driveway when they were being transported due to terrible taping. What a NIGHTMARE we will never return from. Our family heirlooms?? $4,000 to SHATTER our stuff? Are you serious? DO NOT USE EVER. Good luck trying to rectify any damages, all we got was a measly $500 back to do WHAT, exactly? That DOES NOTHING FOR ME. I HIRED YOU, TO PACK MY STUFF THAT IS VALUABLE, and IRREPLACEABLE, this place is a joke. Even more hilarious, it came recommended, how in the absolute hell are there good reviews on this site?? NO WAY. They didn't even use packers tape, PACKERS TAPE, from a real store, like Lowe's or Home Depot, it was practically tape from the Dollar Store that didn't hold in a single box. It was such a nightmare. What a nightmare that I am honestly still holding back having a heart attack from. The owner is clearly trying to cut costs. Just call him yourself... good luck losing everything you have worked your whole life for. ZERO STAR RATING. ABSOLUTE WORST EVER.
