Kyle was super professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He went over the inspection report with me in person and explained everything clearly. Both Kyle and Braden did a good job with our home inspection, and they did an excellent job of explaining things without rushing us through our questions. Kyle did a great job pointing out what needed attention in a balanced and informative way, not making everything feel alarming or dismissive. The inspection was thorough, and the report was easy to follow and reference back to when we needed to find certain information again. We felt like we had a full picture of the house we are purchasing when we walked away, and we would use Kyle and his team again without hesitation.5. Kyle was a great guy to work with. He accommodated my request to inspect my house while I was out of town, and he still took the time afterward to call me and walk me through everything and make sure I understood. The report was comprehensive with pictures and written in plain language, which helped to make everything clear so nothing was confusing. I did not feel shorted in any way in this process and felt confident in how the entire inspection was handled. I would work with this company again.6. I hired them for a pre-pour inspection on my new home build and was glad I did. Kyle was very detailed and professional as he looked over the foundation plans and carefully checked the work before the concrete was poured. He found numerous places that needed to be fixed while they were still accessible, such as problems with the post-tension system, vapor barrier, plumbing, and how the foundation was prepared. The report and pictures showed what needed to be fixed in a way that was easy to understand without being confusing. I recommend Kyle and this company for anyone wanting to build a home.7. I had an awesome situation with Kyle and would absolutely use him again. He was on time, professional, and very helpful. He did not rush anything and was able to explain everything, which was one of the things that stood out to me. Moreover, the report was laid out and very informative, and I could easily understand where everything was without having to ask. The website was easy to use and navigate, and everything was what you would expect to find and was very easy to read. Nothing felt like it was added to confuse you.

Lastly, his overall professionalism made this a painless process. He was very communicative from start to finish, and part of the reason nothing felt rushed is because he took his time to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend him.8. Two nice dudes checked the house I was buying and helped me dodge a big bullet. Gave all the info I needed to say no thanks, and I found a different house. Thanks, guys.

Update: On 8/26/2026 I hired them again for a second home and ended up buying the second house they checked out.9. Kyle and Braden were extremely professional and kind throughout our entire interaction. They were very detailed in explaining what needed attention and what areas needed maintenance. They did not rush or try to dismiss our questions, and the report made everything clear and easy to follow. The details and pictures allowed us to see exactly what the faults were, and we were able to make an informed decision. I highly recommend him.10. Kyle was amazing. He was very professional, thorough, and made sure nothing was missed on our home inspection. Everything was spotless, professional, and easy to understand in the report. We were very glad we picked him over the one the inspection agent may have recommended. He really helped us from start to finish and gave us a really good level of confidence in his work.
