The nail tech who did my nails did a horrible job. All my nails were different lengths and poorly shaped. The nail tech proceeded to catch an attitude because I expressed my opinion that I did not like my nails. The nail owner came over. He proceeded to say that no nails will be exactly the same. I asked if they could be redone, he told me no. He said there’s nothing wrong with them. I told him my nails are ugly and showed him the vast difference in each nail. He proceeded to get loud and got in my face all aggressive while I was sitting in the chair. I felt extremely unsafe as if he would try to put his hands on me. I asked him politely could he back up a bit. He proceeded to get in my face. So I told him well let me go. It was so embarrassing to experience such horrible service and level of aggression from the owner of the shop. He forced me to pay without fixing the issue. If I could give zero starts I would. Please stay away from this shop. The owner is in no way capable of addressing his customers concerns. He told me to please write my review once I told him I’m going to write one. Do not waste your time doing business with such a lunatic. I hope he gets the help he needs. The owner is truly not capable or mentally stable enough to be running a business.
