There is no choice to do half star or minus stars but if it was there I would give this office 0 Stars. I paid them 3,000 dollars cash for something I might have needed them for but ultimately did not need them. I requested the refund for the retainer more than two months ago, and we are now reaching the 3rd month still no retainer back. I have the email I sent and the receipt for the cash I gave them, and I still have not gotten it back. Every time when I call the office, the two lady's working there are very RUDE and give me conflicting info like they are not on the same page with the info they give out. I just want my retainer back. They had no problem taking it, but they give you a hard time when it's time to give it back, This is making my family pay a financial burden. Make sure you get Everything in writing they say because they seem to FORGET a lot and leave out info. If you can find another lawyer I would. This is very unprofessional on every level.
