I didn't know how I was ever going to come out of this situation and start living again. It took me a long time to find a way to console myself. So, when spirit guided me to a medium to try and get some "closure," I never knew that I was going to discover a new way of life. I came to understand what spirit was and the fact that my mom's spirit was still here with me and always will be. This experience transitioned my life. I came to realize that losing my mom was an experience so difficult to bear. This moment taught me almost everything I know today. My beliefs were all shattered, and my life changed forever.
