Lone Star Stowaway Feedback Summary 1. Easy process! 1st time renting a stowaway and communication was great, set up was simple using the app to move into the unit. Their customer service goes above and beyond any I've experienced before. 2. This stowaway was amazing and we had no worries with our personal belongings!! The place was clean and functional and the storage that we had was plenty of room. Steve is amazing and very friendly! He will help you with any questions you may have! If I was you I would rent a storage here!! It’s worth it 3. Changing from my old storage unit to this one because of the great prices. The place is clean and the app you get is easy to use. I like that I don’t have to remember my key or where my unit is located. Just open the app on my phone and I can unlock the gate, unlock my unit and even find my unit if I don’t remember where it is. 4. Renting storage units from Lone Star Stowaway has been a no hassle experience! We filled out all of the forms online, downloaded the app and were able to move our things in. I love the smart lock technology that they use! We are glad that we could get the climate controlled units - definitely a plus! The customer service has been amazing!! I would HIGHLY recommend using Lone Star Stowaway!!! 5. Great company to be with and staff is amazing. The best units and pricing! Like for real very reasonable. It’s been hard finding storage places to fit all my stuff and Lone Star has met all my needs! Highly recommended!
