Mr. Wagner established this law firm in 2009 to concentrate on his two specialties, family law, and probate. He relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth region following his military service and commenced practicing law in 1968. Mr. Wagner has represented clients in hundreds of trials, both jury and non-jury, as well as mediations. He has a deep appreciation for the emotional and sensitive nature of family law issues. He uses his 45 years of expertise to help litigants solve their disagreements and achieve amicable outcomes, whenever feasible. Bill and his wife Cindy, have been married for 45 years. They reside in Frisco, Texas, and have three children and eight grandchildren. Mr. Wagner is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a professional in wills, trust, and probate.
