Mr.Castro arrived at my home on time and began a very thorough inspection of my problem area. He diagnosed it quickly and explained to me in detail what needed to be done. It was a HUGE job and he called for another technician to help him and he ordered all the parts and was done with the installation of a new hot water heater(in the attic) re-piped everything that needed to come up to code and was finished by 6:45pm.. absolutely incredible. He also contacted a water restoration company to come to my home tomorrow to check water damage. I will always use Abacus for any needs that I have in the areas they provide. I could not be happier with the service and especially Mr.Castro. You have a gem of an employee in him. Judy Davis
