Our philosophy is to select properties that are valued based on their fundamentals and then purchase them. In other terms, decide how much of the asset is worth; we investigate the market through that perspective. We do through a procedure of thorough underwriting, which is predicated on a clearly defined set of investment criteria. In addition, we focus on the gaps between the property’s fundamentals and capital flow inefficiencies—which permits us to invest accordingly.
