I have been happy with everything I've received, but the prices are going out of my price range. I tried a different priced person and I do not leave a tip due to the drastic pricing increase.5. I can't believe they ask for you to be a member but charge you extra ..never again lashes were poking me and the glue got into my eyes all they can do is remove them no refund since I was a member so .im very displeased with the service and the manager was rude.6. My lash tech, Maria, is absolutely wonderful! she’s sweet, gentle, and works quickly while still making my lashes look beautiful and natural every time. I always walk out feeling confident and satisfied with the results. I personally go to the Voss location and highly recommend it, but I’m sure the other locations are just as great!9. Service not so great, they don’t have doors on the rooms so you get no privacy, there is no air in the building so it’s uncomfortable. The new manager Bailey Lovejoy is very rude and if you’re a woman of color she will not treat you with respect and kindness… Other ALS locations are much more affordable than this one…15. i dont get my lashes done but i know girls who have master ashley do them & they always look so good & full. if i was a girl she would be my go-to for anything brows & lashes
