I am a private client in Schwabs wealth management program. My banker left over a month ago and not one person has contacted me to talk about a new banker or to even let me know my old banker is gone. Very bad for business. I will be moving my money to a more client friendly banking organization. Emails have gone unanswered. I don’t even know who to call.
