Below is what they did for me. I ordered duct cleaning from several companies The Clean Air technician was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. My wife and I were not pleased. He asked me HOW PEOPLE Allowed their house to GET THIS DIRTY (our ducts haven't been cleaned in about 8 years). I told him I didn't know, this was  one of the reasons I called Clean Air. He took pictures of the black stuff he was pulling out from the ducts and said he's never seen anything like this in his entire career. He finished the job very fast and left as soon as possible. He arrived on time to inspect and clean the vents. He was very careful not to damage anything and cleaned after himself. He showed me how much dirt there was in the ducts and explained the risks and solutions. He was knowledgeable and respectful and answered my many questions.
