He was so patient with me. I texted him today and he responded right away and was able to help me finish all of my policy updates and signatures. Best experience yet! I don’t normally get along with people when we’re discussing what happens when I die (morbid subject much?) but she was so personable and didn’t apply any pressure to the situation. I also really appreciated that she reached out to my beneficiaries and emergency contacts for me to go over the process with them *if* I happen to pass away any time soon. I would highly recommend AIL and Alyssa to anyone who is looking for thorough understanding of AD&D benefits. 4.
