Client opinion 1. The Cowboy car wreck it's sorry as hell. They misinformed my wife that they would send a check (which has taken two months). They also promised to send her meds after a crash (it's been three months). They are so unprofessional as they will not answer the phone and have kept lying to us. They said they would send her to therapy (my wife has to keep declining that). It's over a year, and I have engaged another lawyer to take over the malpractice. 2. The customer service and communication were great from the Montgomery Law Firm. The process was highly informative. Cooperation from the staff was top notch. 3. Eli worked on my case! She hustled and got me the moneys. Yall call the car wreck cowboys they the best. No fufu. 4. The team is awesome, and they broke everything down into steps. Props Abi, Leslie, Citlali a... 5. Don't believe the 5 star reviews!! They gotta be getting paid or people who work for this firm. This firm was subpar from the jump. I hate I used them. When you have to ask important questions (do you have direct deposit as an option? Do you have in house advances? How long does it take to receive payment once everything has been wrapped up?) you won't like the answers. There is no direct deposit, there is no in house advance, there is no Docusign, and they get your paper checks snail MAILED from the bank to them for them to then mail it to you, or you pick it up; which causes an unnecessary delay. They do not care about your bills piling up while telling you the check process takes 2-3 weeks. It's ludicrous.
