Palazzio Nail Lounge The Heights Customer Feedback Summary: 1. Will not return. Despite requesting the manicure with DND Clear Pink, the technician tried to substitute the color. Another employee brought a “DND Clear Pink” bottle that looked different from the product I used. My concerns were dismissed, making the experience uncomfortable. After one coat was applied, the color issues were identified. The nail was wiped off, and the service was left partly finished. I was charged extra for removing my polish when I declined to continue. I was left with glossy nails on one hand and normal, untreated nails on the other. The acrylic nail filled in my broken nail after weeks of acrylic repairreatment.2. I had the best manicure and pedicure from Michael and don. highly recommend!!!!3. new customer! It was a great experience. The place is clean and organized. I had Palazzio Signature pedicure and Michael is amazing and kind. The foot massage is great. And they do shoulder and neck massage as well! The whole service is great. definitely recommend!4. I tried this place for the first time today and was not disappointed. Tee did my builder gel refill and came out amazing. I liked short almond nails, and she did them perfectly and very meticulous. Will definitely come back!5. Great pedicure from Michael! Super nice. Added neck massage (with some pressure points) and my neck already feels better and less tight;6. Michael is the best! took great care of me. highly recommend.7. I would not recommend Palazzio Nail Spa. Thought the salon was super cute and the gift of cuticle oil was a nice touch. The acrylic nails only lasted eight weeks before they started popping off.4 weeks later, four nails cracked in half, and one completely fell off. When I arrived for repair, I was met with a 10-day repair policy and was only satisfied after much pushback. A different technician repaired them at no cost, but it cracked the next morning. After my second visit, I can safely say that the salon's quality is inconsistent, and the experience left a lot to be desired.
