Cole Ford is the worse salesman I’ve ever dealt with. After measuring all the windows in the house with his fake compliments, we proceed to sit down and talk numbers. Before giving any estimate, his attitude flips. He was angry because my wife was not home. It’s their “company policy” that all parties are involved in the window process (basically, a stupid sales tactic). I make the construction decisions for my household. He repeatedly accused me of lying, stating that when I confirmed the appointment that my wife would be home. (The company states that phone calls are recorded) Go back and listen to any calls, I never stated my wife would be home! After getting into a heated argument, he did not want me interrupting him (the complete lack of respect for a customer in their home is totally unacceptable) gets up and storms out. If anyone is the liar, it’s this company. The company says the estimate is good forever but the salesman says it’s only good for a year (again, probably a stupid sales tactic). Cole had a sale of one window and possible business in the future but after his temper tantrum, I’ll just replace the window myself. Not that hard to do. And for all those reasons, IM OUT!
