She literally picked up my 10k gold chain and said the guy is not here and threw it and finished her facetime call with another young lady. The young man that actually repairs the jewelry is super sweet and moves very fast. 2. This was absolute bs wait time was a little over a month. Service is fast too, no long times waiting for your custom piece. 4th time coming to Sam Jewelers. Will be coming back for more custom pieces. 4. This was straight up bs wait time was a little bit over a month Sam told me 3 weeks literally just to resize a bracelet and he had our belongings for 2 months and back and forth conversation between the young lady and Sam was very unorganized and I had to call him back all the time. 10/10 service! Will be coming back for more custom pieces. 5. Bought a silver bracelet for almost $1000 and when I purchased it Sam said I’d you ever want to sell it back he’ll buy it back for 90% of what I paid. I went today to sell it back to him and he didn’t even acknowledge me and the staff member that asked him what I was there for said “He said he’ll give you $100 for it. When I bought Sam just wanted a quick and fast sell and didn’t keep his word like a man. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE 6. Then I went today to sell it and he didn’t even acknowledge me and when the staff member asked him what I was there for she said “He said he’ll give you $100 for it. Don’t sell it to him.” Like I said he’s just a quick seller that doesn’t keep his word. Scam artist. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE 7. Thy have the best selection of diamonds and great deals! 8. I bought my gold here and recently brought it back for cleaning they did an absolutely amazing job! My jewelry looks brand new again. The staff was professional, friendly, and took great care of my pieces. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service and people who truly care about their customers. 11.
