In December, 2023, I paid Sousan Allami, $1100 for six laser hair removal sessions. The first two went fine but when it came time for the third one in January, 2024, she claimed that her laser was broken and that she was going to have to send the laser out for repair. She said that she would let me know when it was repaired. She never called and I contacted her around March, 2024 and she said she got it back and it was broken again. Finally after a few more months of waiting for her laser to be fixed she said that she would refund the money for the four visits that did not occur. Since that time she will no longer respond to my texts or to my calls. It can be seen if you look at her reviews that she has a habit of getting paid for services and then failing to finish the work. I am in the process of filing a claim through small claims court. I contacted the BBB and they sent her a letter and she did not respond to it. Caveat emptor
