Unlimited License agreement to use my voice/likeness for advertising/marking. It is insane the kind of power this gives them. I was almost done filling out their preboarding paperwork, but I cannot work for them because of this. Also they ask you to agree to their drug policy before actually letting you read the thing. I can't put my trust in a company with such little transparency and no option to say no to their BS contracts.
