Soulful Movement Studio - Studio BE Our small movement studio offers yoga, pilates, and strength training for your total body and mind. Our teachers give you personal attention in small classes. Your mat awaits you; this is where you connect with yourself and let your emotions out through movement, breath, strength, and sweat. Studio BE encourages personal growth and a strong community through presence, teaching, coaching, consulting, service, and practice. The transformative power of yoga is suitable for all levels. The studio is set at 68 degrees, so prepare to sweat from the inside out, through movement and breath. Please see class descriptions. Your mat is where we bring you laughter, joy, sorrow, tears, friendship, love, and positive vibes. We raise our vibration through conscious action.
