I've been singed up with them for about the last 6 months(give or take) and they haven't once helped me get to a meaningful interview with any of their clients. Any and all of their "recommendations" are automated, and their communication is very limited. The one time I interviewed beyond submitting my interest in a church, they never got back to me, not even to let me know the church had moved in another direction.2. When we needed a new CEO for our senior living community we contacted Vanderbloemen about the need. My experience with their services was very positive. They did a great job of understanding our community, assessing our culture and values, and putting together a group of candidates who had the qualifications and matched our values. When the person was selected, we felt like this process had been very positive and now after a year and a half, we feel like we found the right person to lead our community. A very positive experience.3. We used this firm three times in 15 months as we had several retirements and one transition . We are super pleased with three major staff positions and all have-been with us several years . Professional, honest , and fees worth it .We are very pleased ! I am the lead pastor of a large church in Arizona.4. Super helpful in finding our new Youth Pastor! Their search process is thorough and designed to help you make an excellent choice!
