Furthermore, the office adapted to my work requirements. Omar at reception accommodated all my schedules for therapy sessions, sometimes exceeding his limits to wait for me. I have appreciated that cooperation. I commend Dr. Chad, Omar, and the team's professionalism.

On June 17, 2025, a severe car collision caused my emergency neck discomfort and lack of a peaceful night or comfort standing. These symptoms were unusual, worrying me about possible severe injuries. However, upon consultation at the Accident and Injury Chiropractic clinic, they diagnosed my problem as a minor neck misalignment. Still, after neck manipulation, the pain worsened, prompting me to seek the emergency department through my lawyer's recommendation. Radiography revealed a cervical fracture (C3–C5), necessitating spinal fusion surgery. It's disappointing that my neck fracture wasn't suspected before the manipulations. The clinic’s follow-up diagnostic evaluation before adjustments should have been a priority. Furthermore, the $ 3,000+ bill was hefty relative to the misdiagnosis and the missed severe injury. These are my experiences, and I encourage the clinic to enhance its accident patient evaluation program to avoid omitted serious injury diagnoses.
