Dear David Sanchez Law Group, I am writing to respond to the law firm's reply to my initial review publicly. To clarify, I was struck by an intoxicated driver while I was walking as a pedestrian. I contacted this firm for representation. Contrary to the firm's statement that my case "didn't qualify," the attorney I spoke with implied I might be found at fault in the incident and they, therefore, could not represent me. I disagree with their evaluation of the case and their claim that I was using "bad wording and profanity." This was written to shield themselves and lessen the responsibility for the attorney's conduct and dubious legal counsel. They are attempting to cast me as difficult or rude to distract from the actual content of my criticism and make me look bad. Their description of our discussion appears designed to deflect from their unsound legal counsel and reluctance to stand for a victim in a crystalline case of a drunk driver hitting a pedestrian. At first, I left a review for these reasons so that other potential clients might be informed. If a drunk driver has hit you as a pedestrian, you may want to get a second opinion from a law firm willing to fight for your rights. 8.
