I had to push them to send I-130 paperwork as they hadn’t started any work 3 weeks after I sent them everything. Then a mistake was made on DS-260 with wrong documents submitted on the portal, this delayed our process by another 3 weeks (completely avoidable). Once we were in line for an interview we created our own accounts and scheduled our own medical appointments. We had 90% of everything done when finally someone from Jaime’s office contacted us to “help us” with the interview. Then we had our interview and absolutely no one contacted us for 3 months. We went to the interview, paid all fees, even entered the US without absolutely anyone reaching out to ask how everything went. I finally got an email 3 months AFTER our interview to ask how everything went… such great service. Based on the reviews I expected top-notch service, but they are not worth the price I paid for.
