My mother-in-law needed help getting a copy of her birth certificate as one was never given to her by her parents. She had tried to work with the Texas system but after 2 years of back and forth, just kept getting new requests for more documents. We contacted Robert and he knew the exact process for obtaining a birth certificate. The process took us about a year to complete and included getting all documentation together, getting a court hearing and submitting the documents to the state of Texas. As of today, we are celebrating because her Birth Certificate officially arrived in the mail. Next up, getting a passport and traveling the world! Whoo-hoo!!! 5. Wonderful person.
