It took a bit over 6 months to get a court date from the court system in Kingsville, and I was told by Mr. Fugate that I was offered the maximum penalty. He did not try to negotiate at all. He charged me thousands of dollars to get a court date and did absolutely nothing to help my case. I will not recommend his services. Good luck to anyone out there dealing with the law.
