24 years of Family & Emergency Medicine, a Fellowship in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the UTSA Health Science Center, and mentorship from Dr. Richard Usatine. From retiring from Emergency Medicine, Dr. Belk wanted to use his talents and skills to relieve suffering and meet an unmet medical need.
