I received no replies to my emails, calls or case app texts. I am still being ignored when SSA had several time critical forms they needed sent in. Since it is my first ever time getting legal support, I could not tell if I’d have a good time or a bad time. However, when Agnes Lopez took me through the details of the case, I was very comfortable. She explained everything that was not clear to me, and when I asked questions, she answered them without minding whether they were too simple or not. I realized that I was working with a dedicated person who was not rushing to conclude the matter. I am very happy that I found such a person to guide me through the case.
