Customer Feedback Summary Good Intentions / Harmful Impacts… HINDSIGHT: Family Law legal team at this firm NEEDED awareness / guidance coming from Disability Law. UNSAFE experience, not first rodeo (2nd Divorce). This one just happened to start after a serious accident / hospitalization. Lucky to be alive, unlucky in Family Court, when needed help, while the “INVISIBLE” injury had me down, neurodivergently. RECOVERY from TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) has been undermined per medical providers, from about the time I woke up (unconscious in hospital for over 2 weeks). Needed HELP, and for personal health / safety to matter (my own, and children’s) but NOPE, that was “crazy” per other side… Unfortunately, signed Final OFFER under duress, 15 hours away, to avoid a NO SHOW at court? To find out once getting back to Texas, my legal team had left the firm? not much explanation except the firm doesn’t take on APPEALS, ( coming other firms?) very confusing… since legal team was at this firm. I guess none of the other lawyers at this firm will clean up former colleagues’ complicated APPEAL? Bottom Line… over-promised, under-delivered, shattered trust (connected to a lack of awareness, disabilty consideration, and disability advocacy)… followed by NO CLEAN UP available!? Mind was blown and heart was hurt… by legal team. Wasn’t about HIS money or assists. It was about leaving with what I brought to the table, and hoping HEALTH & SAFETY of all family members involved would matter? It was setting up TBI to fail, and blow friends / families minds.
