His office is a bunch of thieves... by some way, my situation was complicated a bit BUT that is why you hire attorneys right?? His aid Lisa has been great and aided to lower my medical bill charges so kudos to her. During payout time they took their percentage off the top which was a huge amount. They were also taking their percentage on the highest dollar amount rather than paying off all of the medical bills FIRST like normal lawyers do. Kevin was supposed to take 40% and after some months told me he did me a favor for only taking 30%. With this in mind it means he got back THOUSANDS more than me, almost 30,000 for his work. With my payout supposed to be 40 or 30% I most deff should have still got back way more than they did. I've called many times to address this and have not received a phone call back.
