Customer Feedback Summary 1. Exceptional! Fast, efficient, and very nice electricians. I recommend this company highly for any electrical needs. 2. I cannot possibly articulate all my gratitude for David! He spent ages in my place diagnosing a weird problem. He didn't give up! He even waited for the electricity company to come and fix their end. It turned out he was right, and a transformer on the supplier’s end was the issue. I will readily call whenever I need help. David is simply the best! 3. Had them come out and trouble shoot a light fixture that wouldn't work and within minutes the technician figured out the issue!!! Will definitely recommend if you have any issues with your electrical. 4. When the electrician I have used in the past couldn’t show up until later, I went on line and looked at other electricians and saw FH Tech, not only did they have a nice web page but I read some of their reviews and was impressed and gave them a call and spoke to David and told him my situation and worried about having to continually hit breakers. He managed to get one of his techs named Jesse out, who couldn’t have been more professional and he thoroughly checked my breakers and all outlets until he found the root of the problem and he and another tech named Wyatt took care of all and left my wife and me feeling secure about the repair. If I have other issues in the future, FH will be who I’ll call. They are very professional and are reasonable. 5. Great service and great to work with! Organized, on time, professional in all their services! 6. Excellent service! If you need anything electrical, these guys can handle it! They wired my entire house a couple years ago, and it has ran beautifully with no issues at all. They installed a generator plug for the whole house this time around. I sent a text asking a question, and within minutes I had a response and scheduled service to solve my problem the very next day! Even with the ice storm approaching, they responded quickly and got the job done well before the storm. I am a happy customer! 7. David and his guys did a phenomenal job installing my generator! His guys are on point with what they do. You can't go wrong with them. Their customer service is what you don't see much of anymore. Thank y'all!! 8. Juan and Christian came out to finish up a job David had started and looked at what needed to be done. They were all fantastic!!! Very nice and relatable young men. Got to work quickly and finished up quickly! Highly recommend this company for any of your electrical needs. 9. These guys were great from the owner down to the guys that installed my generator. Christian and Juan showed up early and went right to work. They registered my Generator and when it came time for the test run, it worked flawless. The quote was reasonable and definitely matched the work completed. 10. I live in an older home and ordered a new gas stove. The installer discovered the old stove was connected to an extension cord. I had to have an electrical outlet installed behind the place where the current stove is located. Christian and Wyatt arrived on time. They examined the outlets on the wall on either side of the stove and found that they could connect the new outlet using it. It wasn't easy because of the fire bricks in the wall. They explained what needed to be done; I okayed it and they were able to get the new direct connection installed. They swept the kitchen floor and pushed the stove back in place. The job was finished on time. 11. FH Tech came highly recommended when we were seeking some electrical work to be performed on our first home. David and his team were very easy to work with and communication was excellent. He was quick to make adjustments when needed and helped us upgrade a bunch of electrical components at our home. We would highly recommend David and his team to anyone. Responsible, trustworthy, fair, and honesty were just a few traits.
