Customer feedback summary: I can't thank these people enough 10/10 (Geoffrey L. Hoover and his team) - Not only were Geoff and his team friendly, helpful and professional but they exceeded my expectations when I came to financial compensation. After two years of working hard for my family and I, Geoff, Shannon and Becky were very patient and reassuring even when I was losing hope. Tracy is an excellent addition to the team and brought fresh energy to the Case. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. To Geoff, Becky, Shannon and Tracy feel free to call anytime, you'll always have a place at my table. March 31,2024 -AVVO

Like most attorneys, it's about money 1/10 (Dan) on Feb. 13, 2024 - "Dan" is not who you are looking for. Like most attorneys, it's about money. This law firm took my case against a nursing home in September 2023. "OH, yes! We'll take your case." I only spoke to "Dan" 3 times. I gave them all the video and written evidence against this facility. I, personally, fought FOIA to get an un-redacted report for over a year.
The "Expert" decided "He couldn't prove injury."
When asked if I had any questions, my reply should have been, "How do you sleep at night?"
So, if your loved one is ABUSED in a nursing home, don't try to get them closed down. They are state facilities and get fined over and over and then re-sold.
If your loved one doesn't survive the ABUSE, then you have a case. However, if they do survive the ABUSE, the "Expert" will call it negligence.
What a racket. $$$$ I didn't even want money, just JUSTICE. I will leave that up to God.
