Brent Paulger, M.D. Brent Paulger, M.D. is a native of West Texas and graduated from Idalou High School in 1985. After completing his residency in Dermatology, Dr. Paulger opened his practice in Lubbock, Texas, in 1997. Dr. Paulger remains an active participant in academic medicine as a clinical associate professor and works through a teaching appointment at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center for medical students and residents. The American Board of Dermatology board certifies Dr. Paulger. Additionally, he is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is particularly interested in skin cancer reconstruction and has extensive training and experience in Mohs surgery, a procedure he frequently uses. He also treats acne, psoriasis, and other dermatologic disorders.
