Prison over crossing a white line in the road is insane...a traffic ticket failure to yelled at most...not 5 years in prison because someone crossed a white line in the road...its not illegal to cross the white line...fruit of the Poisonous tree...everyone involved needs to be held accountable...everyone violating their constitutional oath will be held accountable...violating someone's constitutional rights... Don’t waste your time and money on Scott Tatum. Everything about his operation is terrible from the front desk staff, legal assistances, and him. No organization what so ever. Dropped paperwork for my son they lost it, showed up for appointment they sent me, was told didn't have appointment, was scheduled to meet in his office 1/2 hour prior to courtappointmnet was handed a piece of paper saying he was withdrawing from case. Had not even been filed in court. Reason given to Judge could not communicate, said missed appointment 2 days before courtdate, this appointmnet was never scheduled. Love, Nicholas I’ve never had previous experience with a lawyer prior to my divorce but this guy didn’t try at all to help me get ANYTHING to help me be able to see my kids. He never remembered anything about my case and only complained about money the entire time. He was more willing to side with the opposing lawyer than he was his client. If you need a lawyer on a budget like I did I highly suggest looking elsewhere because this was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever had to spend and that’s coming from a guy that’s wasted a lot of money trying to make someone else happy.
