I had disc herniation, chronic low back pain and a pinched nerve that was shooting pain down my leg. Could barely get out of bed some mornings. after about a month of therapy all pain was gone. I was skeptical at first but pain never returned. Chronic back pain was gone. So glad I found this place! Highly recommend. Great PT facility. Everyone is super friendly and good at what they do. My grandson had a great session. PT for shoulder/neck pain. This place is amazing! Cherie is so knowledgeable and her treatment relieved the pain even after first visit and significantly reduced after three visits. I can’t say enough great things about her! Staff and Trainers are awesome but the billing dept beware! Make sure they bill the right insurance, especially if you are a Disabled Veteran and a fully retired service member. They billed Tricare instead of the VA so I had to pay the copays for my service connected disabilities that the VA is supposed to cover. it's a mess now. I called the office to see if they could call their corporate office to kind of help in the process of getting things smoothed out but they told me that was up to me. I was supposed to handle the mistake that was done by Athletico. I wonder where I should go to get treated for a billing mistake therapy because somehow my wallet was twisted way out of shape and it wasn't my fault. Update: I do not mean to be disrespectful or rude but this response does not take responsibility or accountability that athletico needs to do a better job of owning up to attention to detail when doing billing and not having the Veteran do the legwork to a task that is Athletico's responsibility. Please please Athletico do not stand behind a privacy HIPPA shieild to hide a bad customer service mistake in not serving the customer well, own up so Veterans can be sure correct billing practices will be correctly done.
