My OAG payment should have been received 8 months ago, but the case is closed, and it never came. There's no communication—no response or courtesy to update me. I felt that Ignored throughout the process, and I never felt like he had my or my children's best interest in mind. I felt like he was working more for my ex-husband than us. There were no grounds for the attorney to ignore me, and I have every reason to question his integrity. If you prefer a lawyer who listens to you and fights for you, I don’t recommend this attorney (Google review). I would not choose to wait for a delayed payment from the OAG if I was naive enough to imagine it was coming to me. The case has been closed for 8 months, and there has been zero response from Michael Munoz. The service is worst. You can't wait for a return email or a phone call after leaving repeated voicemails and emails. Communication was terrible, and I felt ignored by the attorney. Whenever we spoke, I felt I was on one end, and he was ill-prepared to respond. Most times, it was as if I was banned from asking him about anything. Throughout the process, my interests were not a priority. He was more interested in benefiting one side than being impartial. The attorney's response to emails and calls was worse than poor. I needed something small, and it was not easy to find someone who was willing to be reasonable with me. It has been a while since I used the attorney's services.
