Plumbing services generally are costly, and business was keen so, I needed the job done and done well. Our water heater quit suddenly and a Google search led me to Castro’s. The owner answered the phone. Within minutes a truck was on its way. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, straight forward – first; second about what I needed, what he was going to do and the final cost. He was prepared to quickly do the water heater. He said a fair price would be $600 or more I will do any additional work. Which I did; installing a ROI valve. It was just a great experience and a fair price. The technician replaced an under the sink faucet and that was done quickly and professionally and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this company. Thank you. The technician replaced the kitchen sink faucet like it was nothing and made to work well!
