Plumbing services generally are costly, and business was keen so, I needed the job done and done well. Our water heater quit suddenly and a Google search led me to Castro’s. The owner answered the phone. Within minutes a truck was on its way. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, straight forward – first; second about what I needed, what he was going to do and the final cost. He was prepared to quickly do the water heater. He said a fair price would be $600 or more I will do any additional work. Which I did; installing a ROI valve. It was just a great experience and a fair price. The technician replaced an under the sink faucet and that was done quickly and professionally and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.
