I've no problem recommending their company to family, friends, and colleagues. Collin did a great job with our semi annual maintenance check. Harris Air is always responsive, Tyler has helped us out several times - always on time and very communicative. They ensure that we will always understand what they need to do and why. Tyler with Harris Air came out today and explained I had a plumbing issue and not an A/C issue. As with other Harris technicians, he was courteous and explained in no/technical jargon. Overall customer service from the company was really good. The technician (Tyler) that did the maintenance service was outstanding. Very professional, thorough and had outstanding people skills. Highly recommend Tyler and will ask for him again. Tyler was professional, kind and took the time to explain the work he was doing. He was knowledgeable about the work he was doing and made the process easy and efficient. Clayton was awesome. He even knocked out a wasps nest on the side of our house. I highly recommend Harris Air $527 looks expensive for replacing $100 capacitors compared with what AI provides an average for McKinney TX Our air went out on Tuesday when it was 106, but we thought it was just over working. Wednesday morning we knew we were in trouble because it was 106 again. Our daughter had used their service twice before and called, she was given an arrival time between 3pm-7pm. The tech Tyler Bunn arrived at 4:30, we received a text with Tyler’s picture and info. He immediately got to work inspecting inside and outside units. He found several issues and completed repairs by 7:30pm. Wonderful service and we had a good night’s sleep. Thank you, Tyler. I have been with HARRIS for a couple of years now and have been very happy. I started with them when I had an issue that another local company could not solve HARRIS technicians are always prompt and professional. Preston was incredibly helpful. The service was quick, and he explained everything! We have been using Harris Air for 6 years. Clayton was very thorough with cleaning and check everything with great detail.
