Feedback from residents and visitors to the community Very clean, front desk was welcoming They are clean very nice helpful and most definitely have the knowledge about everything you ask them or need. This is a lovely facility. The cleanliness is top-notch and the staff appears to be very friendly and helpful. Hidden Springs is a very clean well run facility. My Aunt has been there for several years now and seems to be well cared for. She is in the end of care part of the facility now. But when we go to visit her hair is always done nicely, her nails are painted and she has her costume jewelry on. She says she feels pretty. And that has always been important to her. The staff always stops by and asks her to introduce her visitors. Sometimes she knows us , sometimes she doesn’t. But the staff seems to do that little extra and we appreciate that. 1.1) Great staff and on a number of Occasions we’ve needed extra assistance and they’re always there for us 2) Great food all of the meals breakfast lunch and dinner at Hidden Springs are excellent. 3) A fair price considering the utilities are all inclusive what you’re getting room and board is a great value 4) create sense of security Visited a friend at this facility today. We had lunch. It was my first time and I was blown away!!! We went up to my friend's apartment, and I was amazed at the space in the one bedroom. There are so many things for these residences to enjoy. Please check it out if you have a need in your family. As a care manager, I visit clients in several communities. Hidden Springs is my favorite! I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have had clients in Independent & Assisted Living as well as Memory Care. The community is light, bright & active. It’s always clean and the staff is always warm and friendly. The nursing staff is professional and responsive. I’ve never been to a better Memory Care. The staff truly know their residents and truly care. It feels like a family! And there are no odors- something I don’t experience in other places. The therapy department is fantastic. My independent living clients also enjoy swim classes in the beautiful pool. The Executive Director responds personally and quickly to any concerns. The RN Director of Wellness also follows up thoroughly and quickly. And I’ve really appreciate the fact that there is a separate Memory Care director who is very knowledgeable. The NP rounds frequently and is involved. Overall- it has been a very positive experience for all my clients and I would highly recommend Hidden Springs to anyone! Moving my mother to Hidden Springs over 3 years ago was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! After visiting over 25 facilities in the Dallas metroplex, I made this decision for several reasons - primarily the quality of staff and facilities. For 2.5 years she was in the Independent community living her best life - she often mentioned it was like being on a permanent cruise ship with outstanding meals and entertainment. For the last several months, she has been in the Memory Care community. Again, there has been next to no turnover in the staff - but more importantly the staff is loving, caring, attentive to her needs and I never have to worry about the quality of care. If you are considering a move to Independent, Assisted Living or Memory Care for your loved ones, I strongly recommend you visit Hidden Springs of McKinney!!
