Customer Feedback Review After visiting L’AMOUR MEDSPA, I affirm that it was a fantastic experience! The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. I can assure you that required skincare services are available in this spa. I love the way my facial was done; it was relaxing and my skin looked super clean and glowing afterward. They explained almost everything and ensured that I was comfortable. The spa is in a perfect place, clean, and extremely quiet place. Perfect environment for relaxing. I highly recommend this place for quality skincare services and an exceptional customer experience. I will come back here again. Moreover, this spa is new, modern, and aesthetic. It is located in a newly built plaza with ample parking. Booking online is so easy and confirmation of your appointment is instantly done together with new client forms. The services they provide are top and one would honestly expect in "high-end" or largely staffed med spas with a provider there and RNs or NPs, including their prices. I got interested and there was a special off on their hydrafacial and I chose to try them. My first visit to the facility was good but after that is when I realized that they don't have a provider here, RNs or NPs, and in my opinion, it is dangerous to have these prices for luxurious facials, lasers and such when it is a small medspa with nothing but a lead person and one helper, who does the work at the facility. However, I chose to try them and was willing to pay for any service I would book after I had done my research and really like the service. After finding out that their hydrafacial was not thorough or long enough for me to notice changes, it was very quick and the skin was just left with blemishes and pores left, the lady was very rude, and short in replying to me. I simply was sharing my opinion and wanted to get her feedback as well (Nisreen) (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021)...I really wanted to be a helpful review and make sure I would give a fair statement about my experience but the ladies rudeness and coldness to me was just uncalled for. Is this how you show a new client that will bring in more clients to your facility? I get it that my honest opinion my not be of use to them but as a business, responding in such short rude texts is not a great customer service practice. I do not know what I was expecting but the way the owner or whoever the lead person at was very abrupt, rude, and very straight forward with a customer who is expressing their feeling was not something to anticipate. Had she responded to me in a calm open manner, my understanding would have been different but she was extremely cold, short, and she did not even try to check if there was a way to fix the problem for me (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021). What if my experience was the same for many others who came there for hydrafacial and they just left and never said anything? You are an owner of a successful business and should have been on top of things and aware of everything,5 stars for usually most of the treatment you have provided on your website to other clients. But the way you handle this was just unprofessional and uncalled for. I have worked with wealthy people in the past when they have done something to piss other customers without knowing that they did that unknowingly, they resolve to make things right with all possible legal means. Yes, the hydrafacial was $199.00, I thought it was a bit cheaper seeing the treatment was not as thorough as usual hydrafacials, but I was prepared to pay for what I had received but nothing was good of the service, and the behavior of the staff was too unprofessional and concerning for me to go back to this place again and I do not recommend it to anyone. You have lost a client (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021). Had the best service at L’AMOUR MEDSPA! I toke a facial and I loved it. The facial was very professional, and my skin felt so clean and refreshed. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for wonderful results. I sat in the waiting room for a few minutes before going back to the spa room, and the atmosphere in the waiting room was very relaxing. The decorations were beautiful, and I couldn't wait to see the rest of the spa. I would rate this place 5 stars because I am very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the treatment that i was given in L'Amour Medspa (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021). Book me for one appointment please and I want to be operated by Nisreen, please. Please create time for me this Sunday at 2.00 pm. I want a general facial and I want to ask her what is the best way that I can take care of my skin tone by tone (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021). This place is clean and the staff is nice and professional. I came here for a micro needling and botox and I was sure that the results will not disappoint me (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021). Five stars- I love the ease with which my appointment can be made online. This makes everything simple for me, especially when am aware of my days of work and off work. The office hours are quite good and long, that I can come in for my treatment without worrying about time. The office is clean, with ample parking and the place is very welcoming. The staff is warm, welcoming, understanding and ready to answer all of my query. I felt I was valued a customer at the spa. The Botox given was light, enough for my forehead and crows feet done but enough though (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021). I will definitely come back. I will recommend this place to a friend too because the service is very good and the place is very clean and it was very nice. Everything is very nice and clean, from the persons working there, the place is well kept and all the machines that are there I believe they are clean and do a good job (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021). My experience with L’AMOUR MEDSPA was fantastic. With their Endolaser skin tightening services offered there, my double chin is gone, my skin is so tight, and the glow is amazing (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021). I know the process needs time but I never imagined such a positive result out of this, considering the services they offer there. Thank you for making me feel like this. There are no complaints about the services in this place but I have a complaint about one of the persons who treated me, wat are these? First, her tone seemed rude, I don't know if she was trying to be joking but to me, it was like she was being rude, this is a new place and you should treat a new customer well to entice them to come back again. The other problem is the payment process, because I paid via credit card and the slip could not be printed immediately, and I had nothing to prove that I had paid, but the member of staff I was dealing with assured me that it would be printed afterward. This is so inconveniencing, am not sure if my card was charged or not and I would want to know (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021). L’AMOUR MEDSPA is a very good place to be. This is where I got my lip fillers and I was treated nicely and my expectations were made. The owner made sure that I was happy with the results after the swelling went down. I was very satisfied with the way they handled me (L’AMOUR MEDSPA, 2021).
