Client Feedback Compilation: 1. Cedric from United Mortgage Pros was amazing at helping me get a mortgage for my new home. Being an entrepreneur for the past 7 years, it was very important for me to have the right type of mortgage. I was very anxious and Cedric reassured me throughout the process. He worked diligently to get me approved and eventually, I crossed the finish line. Highly recommend 10/10.2. Start with saying I was referred to Cedric. Wish I could’ve had a better experience. Never met him in person and all communication was either email or text. He said I was fully approved but wasn’t and sellers went with another contract since he couldn’t establish a closing date bc of all the conditions. Paid for survey and appraisal and never got a copy of anything. Completely felt like fraud. Even my agent said he had never experienced this. I only want people to know if this bc it costed me money and got nowhere and now out of 5k. Do research and make sure you are fully approved. Went with another lender and was night and day difference. Please beware.3. United Mortgage Pro’s for the win!
