Customer Experience Feedback Summary: I was asked to pay for "special" supplements in addition to my diet when I first considered this program. I didn't receive a clear diet program explanation from the staff, but there wasn't notice of the 700 calorie diet. I wouldn't have wasted my time and money if I knew before registering for the program. As a nurse, I need more than 700 calories and not many supplements to function correctly and care for patients. After analyzing the supplements, many of these company special supplements shouldn't have cost over 1000 along with consultation. I'm happy to announce that this program has succeeded for other clients, but this was not effective for me and I wish I had been given a heads-up before throwing my money away. My life has changed.
